You may be asking, where are the remnants? A concoction of dry air and mountainous terrain over Mexico helped to exterminate Hurricane Bud as it made landfall on Mexico the previous day. Many say that this is analogous to Tropical Storm Don of 2010 in the Atlantic basin, which fizzled on impact with Texas due to dry air.
