From NEVL: "Four low pressure systems in the Atlantic are being watched by NOAA's National Hurricane Center for the potential to organize into more developed tropical cyclones. Seen in this full-disk GOES-East satellite visible image taken on August 12, 2011 at 1445z, the storms stretch diagonally from just west of Africa to due east of North Carolina. Each storm has around a 20-40% potential to develop into a tropical cyclone over the next 48 hours."
